Tickets will cost $10 in advance (see below) and $15 at the door.

All proceeds will benefit the Dr. Barbara Sapienza Memorial Scholarship Fund.

If you cannot attend, donations will be graciously accepted. Please see ticket order form for donation details.

To purchase tickets:

We urge you to buy tickets in advance using this order form. Pre-ordered tickets will be held at the door. Please mail completed ticket order forms with a check made payable to Dr. Barbara Sapienza Scholarship Fund (no cash) to:
